Effect of Preparation Conditions on the NiBased  Petroleum Resin Hydrogenation Catalyst
Fu Qiuhong, Wu Yizhi, Wang Yonglin
Abstract454)      PDF (2466KB)(386)
The precursors of Nibased petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst were prepared by coprecipitation and were made into hydrogenation catalyst through a series of process. The coprecipitation conditions, promoters and different nickel salts were studied in detail. The results showed that the large pore catalysts of petroleum resin hydrogenation was prepared by adjusting coprecipitation process parameters. The Nibased catalysts of small Ni grain was prepared by selecting the suitable nickel salt and promoter, and the promoter can inhibit Ni grain to grow up and improve the catalyst capacity of holding sulfur. The Nibased petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst was provided with very strong olefin saturation properties, and its softening point of hydrogenated petroleum resin had a less decrease.

Abstract378)      PDF (1669KB)(363)
The Nibased petroleum resin hydrogenation catalysts of high holding sulfur capacity were prepared by coprecipitation, which was added with Fe, Zn, Cu and Mg and other additives in the preparation. The dispersion and reduction performance of catalyst active component were charactered by the XRD and TPR technology. The results show that the additive can inhibit Ni particle to grow up and adjust the interaction of active component with carrier, which can improve the capacity of holding sulfur of petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst. The high sulfur capacity of Nibased petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst can effective prevent such as sulfur impurities contacting with downstream catalysts, ensure the downstream catalyst activity and prolong the life of catalyst.

Abstract872)      PDF (417KB)(470)
The safety management was among the most important management work for oil and gas pipelines. As an alternative, the risk grading division based on WebGIS was being considered to improve safety management. An information
management system for oil and gas pipeline based on WebGIS had been established using ArcGIS Server as the developing system of WebGIS,SQL Server as the database to store pipeline data and ArcSDE as the GIS Server.According to the practical pipeline situations, the expert grading method on risk assessment of oil and gas pipeline set by Muhlbauer W K was modified.
An analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was introduced to comprehensively evaluate the expert grading method, and a kind of categorization method for the risk of oil and gas pipelines was proposed. Finally,it was demonstrated with examples that this improved categorization method based on WebGIS is more intuitive and easier to apply.

Abstract395)      PDF (5440KB)(314)

A common Web GIS framework was designed for the long transmission oil & gas pipeline. A digital pipeline Information Management Systems (IMS) was developed on the ArcGIS platform, which was based on VB.NET, Javascript, Microsoft SQL Server and computer aided analyze technology. In the case of licensed, the functions were realized in the designed system, which concluded sharing space information, map zooming in and out, map moving, diagram layer control, visiting viewdata, searching information, special subject analysis. The systems can serve the whole management and improve work efficiency in the long transmission oil & gas pipeline, and it is one of the forcefully assistant tools in managing pipeline department.
